In construction, everything gets built to code or it doesn't pass inspection. Ours is the tax code.

Four stages. Concrete deliverables at each one. Every strategy grounded to a specific provision of the Internal Revenue Code. Not black box vagueness or social media clickbait. Here's how the build works.

STAGE 01

The Blueprint

Engineered, not brainstormed. We start with your actual records: with your signed Form 8821, we obtain your IRS transcripts through a secure authorized provider with one consent link. Form 8821 lets us see your information; it does not let us represent you. What comes back isn't a list of ideas. It's a blueprint: the specific strategies that fit your income, your entities, and your goals, with the projected impact of each one and the order they get built in.

You leave this stage holding a document. Not a pitch, a plan.

STAGE 02

The Foundation

Strategies built on the wrong entity structure are a house on a bad foundation, they crack, and fixing them later costs more than doing it right the first time. Before anything else gets built, we make sure the structure underneath is right: which entities, taxed how, owning what.

We design the structure concept and quarterback the execution with your attorney. Formations, agreements, and legal documents are drafted by counsel, yours, or a vetted independent we introduce you to. We don't practice law, and we don't accept a dime for the introduction.
STAGE 03

The Systems

Most high earners are their own general contractor, a CPA here, an attorney there, nobody coordinating. This is the stage where that ends. We run the build: every strategy from the blueprint becomes running machinery, not a to-do list.

Every strategy built to actual sections of the Internal Revenue Code. Your facts and priorities built into a documented process with appropriate supporting material already gathered and organized.

Year two and beyond

Systems maintenance, plus the annual inspection.

Nobody thinks a house maintains itself. Tax law changes, income changes, entities get added, and a plan that isn't maintained quietly stops working. The ongoing engagement keeps the machinery running and re-inspects the whole structure every year. A plan only works if it keeps working.
